Terms of service
Last updated: June 2026
Article 1: Purpose and scope
These terms and conditions of sale (the Terms) govern sales of products concluded on the SkyDiveAngels website (skydiveangels.com) between Airsport Design Accessories SARL (the seller) and any person making a purchase (the customer). They apply to the exclusion of any other conditions. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms, which the customer acknowledges having read before validating the order.
Airsport Design Accessories SARL reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date the order is validated.
Article 2: Products
The products offered for sale are skydiving equipment and associated accessories: altimeters, audibles, helmets, suits and apparel, goggles and accessories, together with packing courses and educational services. The essential characteristics of each product are presented on its description sheet.
Safety notice: skydiving equipment is demanding sports gear. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the chosen product is suited to their level, their practice and the applicable regulations, and to follow the manufacturer's recommendations for use, maintenance and inspection. If in doubt, the customer is invited to seek our advice before purchasing.
Photographs and illustrations are provided for guidance only and are not contractually binding. Product offers are valid for as long as they are visible on the website, subject to available stock.
Article 3: Prices
Product prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery charges. Any delivery charges are specified before the order is validated and billed in addition. Delivery is free for any order reaching or exceeding 900 EUR (excluding delivery charges), for eligible zones.
Airsport Design Accessories SARL reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that products are invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is recorded. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply and remain the customer's responsibility.
Article 4: Orders
The customer selects the products, checks the details of the cart, enters delivery and billing information, then validates the order after accepting these Terms. Validation of the order constitutes conclusion of the sales contract.
A summary confirmation email is sent to the customer. Airsport Design Accessories SARL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears abnormal, that comes from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding payment of a previous order, or in the event of confirmed product unavailability, in which case the customer is informed and refunded where applicable.
Article 5: Payment
Payment is made online, at the time of the order, by bank card (notably Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, or PayPal, depending on the methods offered on the website. Payments are secured using an encryption protocol and processed by our approved payment providers. Airsport Design Accessories SARL never has access to the customer's full bank-card details.
The order is only deemed effective once the bank payment centres have confirmed their approval. If those centres decline, the order is automatically cancelled. The products remain the property of Airsport Design Accessories SARL until full payment of their price.
Article 6: Delivery
Delivery terms, zones, lead times and charges are detailed on our Shipping and returns page. Lead times are given for guidance. If delivery is more than thirty (30) days late compared with the indicated date, and after a formal notice has remained unsuccessful, the customer may cancel the order and obtain a refund of the sums paid, in accordance with Articles L.216-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
On receipt, the customer is invited to check the condition of the parcel and the conformity of the products. Any anomaly (damage, opened parcel, missing product) should be reported to our customer service as soon as possible to facilitate handling of the claim.
Article 7: Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or incur penalties. Where this period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
To exercise this right, the customer notifies their decision by an unambiguous statement (for example by email to contact@skydiveangels.com) before the deadline expires. The customer may use the standard withdrawal form, although this is not compulsory. The product must be returned, in its original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions), no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying the withdrawal. Return costs remain the customer's responsibility, unless we indicate otherwise.
Reimbursement of all sums paid, including the initial standard delivery charges, is made no later than fourteen (14) days after the date on which Airsport Design Accessories SARL is informed of the withdrawal decision, and may be deferred until the product is recovered or until the customer provides proof of dispatch. The refund is made using the same means of payment as that used for the order.
Exceptions: in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to goods made or personalised to the customer's specifications, nor to sealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection and that have been unsealed after delivery.
Article 8: Legal warranties
Independently of any commercial warranty, Airsport Design Accessories SARL remains liable for defects in the conformity of the goods with the contract and for latent defects, under the conditions provided by law.
Legal warranty of conformity
In accordance with Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer benefits from a period of two (2) years from delivery of the goods to act under the legal warranty of conformity. The customer may choose between repair or replacement of the goods, subject to the cost conditions set out in Article L.217-12. The customer is exempt from proving the existence of the lack of conformity during the twenty-four (24) months following delivery.
Warranty against latent defects
In accordance with Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, the customer may decide to invoke the warranty against hidden defects of the sold item. In that case, the customer may choose between rescission of the sale or a reduction of the price, in accordance with Article 1644 of the Civil Code. The action arising from latent defects must be brought within two (2) years of discovery of the defect.
To invoke the legal warranties, the customer is invited to contact our after-sales service at contact@skydiveangels.com.
Article 9: After-sales service
Our after-sales service can be reached by email at contact@skydiveangels.com or by phone at +33 6 12 07 89 83. Any claim or assistance request is handled individually. For VIPLO equipment, our team supports the customer with inspection, maintenance or repair operations, in line with the manufacturer's recommendations.
Article 10: Personal data
Personal data collected when placing an order is necessary for its processing and is handled in accordance with our Privacy policy, which details the purposes, legal bases, retention periods and the rights available to the customer.
Article 11: Disputes and mediation
In the event of a dispute, the customer should first contact our customer service to seek an amicable solution. Failing agreement, the consumer customer may use, free of charge, the consumer mediator designated in our Legal notice, or use the European online dispute resolution platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These Terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts under ordinary law.
