Returns and right of withdrawal

You have the legal right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order, in accordance with the French Consumer Code. Beyond this legal obligation, we offer you an extended commercial period of thirty (30) days to change your mind and return an item that does not suit you.

To be accepted, the returned product must:

• be in its original condition, unused and undamaged;
• be complete: packaging, labels, accessories and instructions;
• for reasons of hygiene and safety, not have been unsealed where the product was delivered sealed.

Return procedure

To initiate a return, contact our customer service at contact@skydiveangels.com, stating your order number and the item(s) concerned. We will then provide the procedure and the return address. Return costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.

The return address is: Airsport Design Accessories, 36 rue Delambre, 75014 Paris, France. Please let us know before sending anything back, as stated above.

We recommend shipping the return in packaging that protects the product and keeping proof of dispatch until your return has been confirmed as processed.

Refunds

After receipt and verification of the conformity of the returned product, we issue the refund using the same means of payment as that used for the order, no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt of the return or of the proof of dispatch in the context of the right of withdrawal. The refund includes the price of the product and, for a withdrawal covering the entire order, the initial standard delivery charges.

Size exchanges

For helmets, suits and other items where size is decisive, we make exchanges easy so that you get the right fit. Contact us at contact@skydiveangels.com: subject to availability, we reserve the desired size and arrange the exchange as soon as the original item is received, under the same condition requirements as for a return. Our team of jumpers can also advise you beforehand to choose the right size.

Article 7: Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or incur penalties. Where this period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

To exercise this right, the customer notifies their decision by an unambiguous statement (for example by email to contact@skydiveangels.com) before the deadline expires. The customer may use the standard withdrawal form, although this is not compulsory. The product must be returned, in its original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions), no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying the withdrawal. Return costs remain the customer's responsibility, unless we indicate otherwise.

Reimbursement of all sums paid, including the initial standard delivery charges, is made no later than fourteen (14) days after the date on which Airsport Design Accessories SARL is informed of the withdrawal decision, and may be deferred until the product is recovered or until the customer provides proof of dispatch. The refund is made using the same means of payment as that used for the order.

Exceptions: in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to goods made or personalised to the customer's specifications, nor to sealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection and that have been unsealed after delivery.

Article 8: Legal warranties

Independently of any commercial warranty, Airsport Design Accessories SARL remains liable for defects in the conformity of the goods with the contract and for latent defects, under the conditions provided by law.

Legal warranty of conformity

In accordance with Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer benefits from a period of two (2) years from delivery of the goods to act under the legal warranty of conformity. The customer may choose between repair or replacement of the goods, subject to the cost conditions set out in Article L.217-12. The customer is exempt from proving the existence of the lack of conformity during the twenty-four (24) months following delivery.

Warranty against latent defects

In accordance with Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, the customer may decide to invoke the warranty against hidden defects of the sold item. In that case, the customer may choose between rescission of the sale or a reduction of the price, in accordance with Article 1644 of the Civil Code. The action arising from latent defects must be brought within two (2) years of discovery of the defect.

For VIPLO equipment, our team supports the customer with inspection, maintenance or repair operations, in line with the manufacturer's recommendations.
